Some of our properties consider pet tenancies.
These cottages should provide this information on their webpages. With a pet tenancy there is a pet charge. The pet charge is not a deposit it is a fee for the additional risk and “wear and tear” that a pet tenancy imparts upon a property.

Yes! Linens and Towels are provided with all of our rental properties. The beds will be made with fresh linens and the bathrooms will be stocked with fresh towels.

Minimum Nights Stay
We specialize in weekly rentals. Our properties are available on a Saturday to Saturday or Friday to Friday schedule depending on the property. During the summer season we aim for one week or longer stays. During the off-season, a shorter rental may be be considered with a minimum of a four night minimum stay. Our Reservationists will know which cottages may be inclined to accepting less than one week stays.

All cancellations must be in writing and received by Agent. Cancellations may only be made between the date that a reservation deposit is received and a date determined to be 45 days prior to the tenants scheduled arrival date. Cancellations within 45 days of arrival will not result in a refund in whole or part of rental monies received. If a cancellation is made prior to 45 days of arrival, the Agent shall, as an accommodation to the Guest, endeavor to re-rent the property at the published rate for the rental term reserved. No refund of rents paid will be made until the canceled period is re-rented and confirmed. If the canceled period is re-rented, any rent and taxes paid will be refunded less a $100 administrative fee. If the re-rental amount is less than the published rate, any difference in rental rate remains the sole obligation of the canceling Guest. If the unit is not re-rented, all rents paid, processing fees and taxes shall be forfeited as damages. Guests are encouraged to purchase travel insurance for all vacations
